Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Create and execute social media marketing strategies to meet brand objectives and drive business growth.
- Content Development: Develop, manage, and deliver engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Graphic Design: Utilize basic graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals that accompany social media content.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to maintain positive brand reputation.
- Analytics and Optimization: Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices. Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies or channels into the marketing mix.
- Advertising Campaigns: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of social media strategies.
