(1)CCO supervisor (Central Cashier Officer) and duty manager at Al Meera Consumer Goods (Q.S.C) Hypermarket with ORACLE, NAVISION AND DYNAMICS AX system software since: 09 January, 2012 – until 26 July, 2017.
(2)To supervise the administration of collection, disbursement and receipt of college funds and coordinate the payment logistic for the registration process.
(3)Supervisor trains and oversees the work activities of cashier staff locations and keeping control the activities of POS.
(4)Monitoring and maintaining proper store cleanliness, appearance and maintenance as per company policy.
(5)Ensuring that security and safety regulation are met.
(6)Address customer issues and complaints.
(7)Coordinate and clarify armored transport schedule and billings, bank deposit corrections and internal & external logistics, procedure, and processes.
(8)Supervise employee engaged in sales work, taking of inventory, reconciling cash with sale receipts, keeping operating records and preparing daily records of transactions or perform work of subordinates, as needed.
(9)Manage a team of stokers (own and 3rd party) in maintaining the shop floor achieving high levels of freshness availability, merchandising integrity and hygiene standards.
(10)Keeping track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
(11)Ensuring accurately the transactions and generating over 4, 25,000 QAR gross sales then posting the validated figures, through delegation.
