A reputed Qatari Recruitment & Manpower company is looking for a young, dynamic and proactive Recruitment / Operation Manager with Staffing / Manpower Industry Experience.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective management and performance of all Recruitment and Outsourcing related activities.
Responsible for recruiting, training and retaining employees.
Manage optimally entire internal as well as external staffing resources.
Establishing strong working relationships with clients and internal departments.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client.
Preparing staffing strategy for existing and future needs.
Manage job application channels, identify new talent and screen applicants (including skills testing, background checks etc.)
Preparing proposals and contracts.
Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment / Contract Staffing / Manpower Services / Outsourcing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other relevant fields. Master’s degree (MBA – HR) would be an added advantage.
Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Social Media & Other professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
Multilingual proficiency (Hindi / Malayalam / Urdu / Tamil / Tagalog / Nepali / Bengali) will be an added advantage.
Qatar Driving License preferred.
Good knowledge about local Labour laws.
Should be willing to relocate to Qatar.
NOC is a MUST for local candidates with an existing Qatar ID.
Age Limit – Below 45
