As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting University Foundation College through various digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating captivating marketing materials, and producing compelling videos to engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media and Website Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Analyse the company website and provide insight for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers.
  1. Design of Marketing Materials:
  • Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital graphics, that align with the college’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful designs that effectively convey key messages and attract the target audience.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent, on-brand, and visually appealing.
  1. Videography and Video Editing:
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos that highlight the college’s programs, facilities, student experiences, and success stories.
  • Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance the visual and auditory appeal of videos.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to capture relevant footage and testimonials.
  1. Campaign Management and Analytics:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website traffic using relevant analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Position Requirements:

Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing/social and digital communications or related field.

Professional Qualities:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and videography.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in video shooting, editing, and production using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Bilingual (preferred)
