HR Executive

 Worked as a HR Executive in 2425 bedded Hospital located at Chennai.

SYNOPSIS:

• Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, short listing candidates for the given profiles. Negotiating salary and closure before given deadlines using various resources.
• End to End Lifecycle management of candidates – Hire to Retire
• Employee Engagement – Credentials Check, joining formalities (inclusive of uniform & ID card issuing)
• Appraisal – MBO (Management by Objective) appraisal.
• Grievance Handling – PF, ESI Queries
• Operations – Day by Day Tracking (inclusive of Attendance, Late-in, Early – out, OT) , GRN entries.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

SRI RAMACHANDRA HOSPITAL – CHENNAI:(2425 bedded Hospital)
From: April 2022 to till date

Job Profile: HR Operations

 Responsible for entire HR operation of administrative category of employees
 Collect the employee requisition forms from the respective departments and organize to source candidates through database, reference or portals
 Recruitments for replacement completed within 15 days of request.
 Fresh Recruitments completed within 30 days of request
 Coordinate Interview scheduled along with respective HOD and employee selection process.
 Communicate offer of employment to the selected candidate and coordinate induction.
 Conduct source verification for administrative category staff.
 Joining formalities and documentation relatively, like joining reports, medical fitness certifications, issuing employee hand book, bank account opening, etc.
 Update HRMS with new joiner details and Personal file record (hard copies) maintenance and file updation.
 Update ESIC and PF online for the new joiners
 Organize leave encashment in coordination with leave details from time office
 Payroll coordination
 Training coordination with T&D, whenever necessary
 Provide assistance in administering employee benefit schemes like marriage gifts, loans and advances, etc.

 Conduct Exit interview and relieving formalities like full and final settlement, Pf claim form collection, return of ID cards, obtain no due and no objection certificate from the respective department, etc.
 Coordinate documentation related to the employee performance appraisal
 Initiate the confirmation process of the probation employees on 10th of every month and complete the tasks related to confirmation, around 20th of the preceding month to the confirmation.
 Update records with details of promotions and increments without fail
 Responsible for employee documentation with respect to NABH, JCI regulations credentials and competencies.
 Prepare Monthly addition and deletion report with analysis on salary and designation and also prepare attrition percentage respectively.
 Report EOD daily to Senior Manager – HR Operations, on the task targeted, accomplished and pending (with reason for pending / carried forward to next day)
 Performs additional duties as assigned by the HOD.
 Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the service.

GAYATHRI HOSPITAL – CHENNAI (100 bedded hospital) From: Feb 2020 to March 2022

Job Profile: HR Executive Cum Admin Executive – Single handed

 Recruitment of various category of employees/Dr’s
 Screening and Short-listing candidates according to requirement Scheduling andcoordinating the interviews.
 Background verification for all new joiners.
 Planning and conducting a proper orientation and hospital induction program of new employees
 Joining formalities for all new joiners, Bio-metric enrollment, Issuing ID cards & uniform.
 Employee personal files to be maintained as per NABH requirements.
 To keep a track on employee master data.
 Preparation of all kind of letters pertaining to employees (including approval letters).
 Coordinating and Processing payroll.

 Maintaining all record of Management approval letters and documents (including Waste management, Drug License, PNDT license, Bio-waste management, ambulance license, Bio- medical equipment license and etc.)
 Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.
 Ensure of General store and Lab item stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.
 GRN (Goods received note) entry towards the item received by vendors for Lab item, Stationary items (office supply), Bio-medical equipment and so on.
