regulatory, customer and certification requirements.
• Assisting with any food safety & quality issues that may arise during production and post production.
• Assist in regulatory audits, supplier audits and third part audits and helping to co-ordinate and track the status of corrective action.
• Supporting the hygiene program, customer complaint and the calibration system.
• Acting as a member of the HACCP team being involved in reviews and maintaining the HACCP system on site.
• Perform internal audits, identify root causes and corrective actions, and verify completion of corrective actions.
• Provide training to all concerned person from various departments on Food hygiene/GMP/Food Safety
